Release #2: A Fermented Natural Pink Bourbon from Finca La Terraza out of Huila by producer duo Juliana Guevara and Wbeimar Lasso! The highland growing conditions and in cherry maceration made for a cup I can best describe as a type of dessert cocktail—boozey, sweet, rich, and fun!

It’s no secret that I love Pink Bourbons, so it was only a matter of time before I brought one in! As far as Pink Bourbons go, I find that they dance around in a triangle of juicy, sweet, and floral. While I don’t detect much floral, it has a lot of other loud qualities to share :)

Drinking this coffee got me thinking about how incredible it would probably be as an iced Aeropress oooooo
